Offriamo Rowntree & Skelton, accoglienti case vacanza in pietra con una camera da letto, completamente indipendenti, con vista sul giardino, sulla ferrovia e sulla valle oltre per far divertire le coppie tutto l'anno. Diamo il benvenuto a uno o due piccoli cani ben educati con un "branco di cani" e tutte le passeggiate che il tuo cane felice potrebbe mai desiderare!
I cottage beneficiano di riscaldamento centralizzato a gasolio, stufe a legna, cucine completamente attrezzate, bagni con vasca, doccia multigetto e termoarredo. I letti sono SuperKing / King size con un'opzione in Rowntree Cottage per due letti singoli. Una lavanderia in comune è a disposizione degli ospiti. Abbiamo banda larga ad alta velocità con Wifi, registratore digitale Freesat TV e lettore DVD. Il segnale del telefono cellulare è disponibile sulla maggior parte delle reti.
All'esterno c'è un parcheggio fuori strada e una sicura terrazza privata chiusa a sud con mobili e barbecue; un posto per rilassarsi al sole, godersi la tranquillità, osservare gli uccelli o ammirare i treni che passano.
Numerose piste ciclabili nazionali e passeggiate a lunga distanza passano davanti o vicino a "Inns Way", "Tabular Way" e "Lyke Wake Walk". Dalby Forest ha un corso di mountain bike di livello mondiale e ospita un Parkrun sabato.

CAR PARKING Gated vehicular access to property (to stop the Sheep & Cattle). Gravel car parking area 10m from cottage front doors.
ROWNTREE COTTAGE a two storey construction with an internal staircase with bannister and handrail.
Access to front door is by stepping down two York stone steps from the car parking.
Regress from back stable-door is a step down to the terrace garden.
Upstairs open plan gallery bedroom with ensuite bathroom consisting of toilet, basin and pea shaped bath with power shower over. Bath is fitted with grab rail and rubber bath mats are available.
SKELTON COTTAGE Single storey cottage
Access to front door is by stepping up two stone steps from the car parking area.
Regress from back stable-door to garden is by stepping down four steps with hand rail and balustrade to the terrace garden.
Bathroom consisting of toilet, basin bath and separate power shower cubicle both with fitted grab rails and rubber bath/shower mats are available to use.
Garden Terrace has different stepped levels with paved areas and gravel paths. It can be also be accessed via Car Park and a gate.
